Can you program a fob I bought online?

Yes, as long as it's the correct OEM or high-quality aftermarket fob for your specific make, model, and year. Bring it (or have it shipped to your address before our visit) and we'll cut and program it for $75–$150 less than supplying the fob ourselves.

How long does fob programming take?

Most vehicles: 30–60 minutes from arrival to working fob. European luxury vehicles (BMW, Mercedes pre-2016) can take 90–120 minutes due to anti-theft handshake requirements.

Do I need to bring my old fob?

If you still have a working fob, bring it — programming is significantly faster (often half the time). If all keys are lost, we can still program a new fob but the process takes longer and costs more.
